Although based in London, the senior executives of the Company spend a considerable part of their time travelling throughout the United Kingdom to attend regular meetings with our clients for we as brokers believe that this is a very important aspect of our professional service. In this manner we are able to provide the sort of personal advice to our clients that is so often not given, even by locally based brokers. If appointed as your insurance brokers, we will provide you with specialist services in the following areas:

• Analysis, identification and evaluation of your insurance-related risks
• Planning, implementation and maintenance of your Insurance Programme
• Effective claims management from initial notification through to final settlement
• Advice in respect of Risk Management and Loss Control

ACCOUNT HANDLING

Once your insurance programme has been placed, we undertake to:

• Submit a Register of Insurances arranged, together with Cover Notes and premium invoices, on a timely basis.
• Ensure that any insurance implications resulting from the development of your business in the United Kingdom and Europe are regularly reviewed.
• Deal with mid-term enquiries promptly and effectively.
• Arrange the issue of policy documentation.
• Attend any insurance survey that your Insurers may require, to ensure that any risk improvement recommendations and requirements made are fair and viable.
• Initiate early renewal discussions to allow all relevant matters to be properly considered, well before the actual expiry date.

SERVICING PERSONNEL

Our Client Broker team is jointly led by Japanese and British directors, supported by any additional members of our administration as appropriate, all being located in our London office premises.

We would envisage visiting all our major clients on at least a quarterly basis to discuss their insurance programme and to ensure that this is amended where necessary to reflect their changing insurance requirements.
